1. Pricing & Errors

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Rundle Bike reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online or in-store.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified at checkout.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and product size.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Rundle Bike is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

  • Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • New bicycles come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.

  • Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval and may require inspection.

  • Labor charges for warranty repairs may apply.

  • Estimates are provided before work begins. Final charges may vary based on actual work performed.

  • Service turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and parts availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rundle Bike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
